Built a reclamation process turning M61 filter canisters into printable rPP feedstock, then printed a 90 g drone frame validated to a 3.4x factor of safety at max throttle.

Boyd Cycling Internship
Built a wheel-impact rig in 72 hours that validates rims to the 40 J UCI standard with headroom to 200 J, and overhauled RTM mold geometry to eliminate dry zones on production rims.
Bucket Washing Mechanism
Two-device rinse-and-brush system for CompostNow that cut cleaning time 43% and took the job from four operators down to one.
Duke Club Cycling

How I Work
Start from the constraint - 72 hours for a test rig, resin flow defects in RTM, contaminated waste plastic that has to become printable feedstock - then build and validate against a measurable outcome.
